Our KAPĒL starts life as a small lightweight pedal bike, which is ideal either as a first geared bike or as a natural progression on from any single geared bike. 18” wheeled KAPĒL is the perfect first geared bike for a rider that has outgrown their PINTO, or who is new to riding and for whom a 20” geared bike is just too big and daunting.
