i have no history on this wheel as it came in a job lot,,what i do know is the hubs cost almost £300 new,,there a high quality german dynamo hubs,and fully serviceable,, the hub definitely needs bearings as its very tight having been in storage for years, so selling for spares or repairs,,rim is in good shape,,
